Life is filled with decisions.
Some are small.
Others can change the direction of our lives.
The good news is that God never intended for us to navigate them alone.
He invites us to ask Him for wisdom.
James 1:5 says, “If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.” (NIV)
Notice what James says:
God gives wisdom generously and without finding fault.
He doesn’t shame us for not knowing what to do.
He welcomes us to come and ask.
Wisdom isn’t simply knowing more facts.
It’s learning to see life from God’s perspective.
It’s trusting Him enough to follow His direction.
And that is a prayer God delights in answering.
Father, give me wisdom today. Help me see every situation through Your eyes, trust Your guidance, and make choices that honor You. In Jesus saving Name, Amen.
