Trust God

Trust in the Lord and do good;” ‭‭Psalm‬ ‭37:3‬ ‭NLT

The word trust in Hebrew means to lean on and be boldly confident in.

You are made to be boldly confident in your Creator.

He not only sees what could happen right now, but He also sees what could happen in the future.

Trust Him.

He is in for the long game and loves you relentlessly.

Trust God and don’t be idle.

Get moving.

Make a plan.

Be proactive.

Be productive and creative right where you are, as you wait.

Don’t be so focused on what you can’t see about the future that you miss what you can do now.

Focus your energy on being present today and fully committed to embracing the small moments of wonder and joy that Jesus has already set up for you to experience.

Fear Less, Less Fear

Everytime you obey God, you drain fear of its power in your life.

Fearless obedience is not about waiting until you have no fear to obey, it is about obeying Jesus no matter how you feel.

It starts with terrified obedience,
then moves to afraid obedience,
becomes nervous obedience,
evolves into determined obedience and somewhere down the line,
joyous obedience will overtake your heart.

To go after all God has for you, talent is optional but obedience is indispensable.

Every time you use whatever faith you have whether it be little or large to step out in obedience you are trusting a loving God to walk with you every step of the way.

“For I am the Lord your God who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you.”
‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭41:13‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Whatever Jesus is asking of you today,  he brings all his power with him to help you do it.

Less fear.
More faith.
Abundant life.

What is Jesus asking of you today?

What does it look like to trust him in this?

What is the most important truth you need to hold on to as you step out in faith?
