Sustained and Trained

“He trains my hands for battle; my arms can bend a bow of bronze. You make your saving help my shield, and your right hand sustains me; your help has made me great.”
‭‭Psalm‬ ‭18:34-35‬ ‭NIV‬‬

My prayer for you today is that you would know His love as He pours His strength into you. That you would know His peace as you lean on Him. That you would rest in God’s grace as you walk by His guidance. That you would trust Him with the future and focus simply on the task before you. That you would be released from the restlessness within you as you receive a new determination to go forward in faith.

God will give you what you need right now to fight the battle before you.

You are stronger than you know because your strength comes from Jesus and His right hand sustains you.

Don’t give up, you are sustained and trained through the power of His love.

Limitations

When you connect to God through Jesus, every accepted limitation you have in your life is challenged.

“Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think.”

‭‭Romans‬ ‭12:2‬ ‭NLT‬‬

When Jesus challenges how you think, He is challenging how you trust.

Jesus came to give you direct access to divine perspective founded in unrelenting love and sealed by unbelievable sacrifice.

He is asking you to follow Him into a new place, new ways and a new future that is beyond your capability to comprehend.

Because of His love, you can be brave, because of His power you can lose the limitations.

What limitation is God challenging you to bust through?

What thought patterns are you living with that are not from God?

What is God asking you to trust Him with today?

Being Brave

You don’t have to be brave unless you are facing something that requires it.

Being brave means that you are facing something that requires more than a step of faith, it requires a walk of faith.

It means not making your decisions based on what is but on what can be.

Being brave means getting up every morning and keeping your word when you don’t want to. Stating your boundaries and holding to them even when you don’t feel like it.

Choosing to believe new truths instead of old lies every day.

That is being brave.

“I’ll be with you. I won’t give up on you; I won’t leave you. Strength! Courage!”

Joshua 1:9 MSG

Keep going.
Keep believing.
Be brave.
