One moment with the Resurrected Savior can change everything.
John 20:28–29 tells us what happened when Thomas saw Jesus standing before him in the upper room, “Thomas said to him, “My Lord and my God!” Then Jesus told him, “Because you have seen me, you have believed; blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.” (NIV)
Thomas went from “Unless I see…” to “My Lord and my God!”
From doubt to declaration.
From questions to worship.
And notice what he says, not just ,“You are the Lord,” but “My Lord.”
At some point, faith becomes more than what you’ve heard about Jesus, it becomes your response to Him.
Your surrender.
Your trust.
Your relationship.
Then Jesus says, “Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.”
That is for you and me.
We’ve experienced His presence.
We’ve encountered His love.
We’ve lived in restored relationship with God.
Faith isn’t blind, it’s built on who Jesus has proven Himself to be.
So today, whatever you’re walking through, choose to trust Him again.
Not just as the Lord but as your Lord.
