Fight Right

There comes a moment in your journey with God when you realize that you can’t keep fighting inward battles the way you used to.

You’ve tried self-confidence, willpower, and positive affirmations.

But deep down, you know… it’s not enough.
Those things might give you a sense of control for a little while, but they don’t bring real, lasting freedom. Because, my friend, this isn’t just a surface-level struggle, it’s a spiritual battle.

And to win a spiritual battle, you need spiritual weapons.

2 Corinthians 10:3 says, “For though we live in the world, we do not wage war as the world does.” (NIV)

Every day, you face a fight that isn’t visible but it’s always there.
You feel it in the tension that steals your peace, in the lies that whisper you’re not enough,
 too broken, too far gone.

But friend, here’s the truth:
 You are not powerless.
God has equipped you with something greater.

2 Corinthians 10:4 says, “The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world.
On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds.”
 (NIV)

This isn’t about trying harder.
It’s about surrendering deeper.
This is more than mindset shifts or good vibes.
This is Spirit-empowered transformation.

The strongholds in your life—fear, shame, insecurity—
they can be broken.
Not by fighting harder but by fighting differently.
By taking your thoughts captive.
By standing on the truth of God’s love for you in Christ, not feelings.
By leaning into the incredible grace of God instead of striving for perfection.
You don’t fight alone.
You don’t have to keep using weapons that were never meant for you.

God’s power is real.
And His Spirit within you is stronger than anything coming against you.
