No Advice Needed

Have you ever told God exactly how He should solve your problem?

We pray, but sometimes our prayers sound more like detailed instructions:
“God, here is what needs to happen, when it needs to happen, and how everyone involved should respond.”

God welcomes our honest prayers, but He does not need our advice.

Paul writes in Romans 11:34, “Or who has been his counselor?” (NIV)

He sees what we cannot see,
knows what we do not know,
and understands every heart involved.

Prayer is not convincing God to follow our plan.

Prayer coming to God honestly,
bringing our desires to Him
and trusting His wisdom with the outcome.

You can tell God what you want while still surrendering to what He knows is best.
You can trust God with the big picture.

Father, thank You for listening to every desire and concern of my heart. Help me release my plans and trust Your perfect wisdom in this season. In Jesus Powerful Name, Amen.
