Does Not Let Go

Human relationships change.

For good or for bad.
People disappoint us.
Distance grows.
Circumstances shift.

Sometimes love that once felt secure suddenly doesn’t feel secure at all.
But God’s love is different.

His love is not fragile.
It is not threatened by a difficult season,
a painful question,
or one of your weakest moments.

In Romans 8:38–39 Paul writes, “For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” (NIV)

There may be days when you do not feel close to God.
But your feelings do not determine His faithfulness or His love.

When you belong to Jesus nothing can remove you from His love.

Not your past failures.
Not your present struggles.
Not your fear about the future.

You are held by a love that will not loosen its grip.
Your circumstances may change but God’s love for you does not.

Father, thank You for loving me with a love that never lets go. When my feelings or circumstances make me question Your nearness, help me stand securely in the truth of Your Word. In Jesus Powerful Name, Amen.
