Pray Continually

Does God expect us to pray every second of every day?

No.

1 Thessalonians 5:17, tells us to, “Pray continually.” (NIV)

Prayer isn’t limited to church on the weekend
or your quiet time in the morning.

It’s a conversation you can carry with you wherever you go.

You can pray while driving.
Walking.
Cooking dinner.
Waiting for a meeting.
Taking a walk.
Folding laundry.

Prayer becomes a continual awareness that God is with you
and that you’re never walking through your day alone.

The more we practice His presence,
the more naturally we invite Him into every conversation, every decision, and every moment.

He isn’t looking for perfect prayers.
He simply loves walking with His beloved kids.

Father, thank You that You’re with me wherever I go. Help me remember to talk with You throughout my day and learn to enjoy Your presence in every moment. In Jesus wonderful Name, Amen.
