One of the enemy’s favorite weapons is condemnation.
He whispers, “You’ll never change,” “God is disappointed in you,” “You’re too far gone.”
But that’s not the voice of Jesus.
Romans 8:1 says, “Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.” (NIV)
Because of the cross, your sins have been paid for completely.
God doesn’t hold your past over your head.
When He looks at you, He sees someone clothed in the righteousness of Christ.
That doesn’t mean we never fail.
It means failure no longer defines us, God’s love does.
Condemnation pushes us away from God.
Conviction draws us back into His loving arms.
If you’ve placed your faith in Jesus, don’t carry guilt that He has already carried for you.
Walk in the freedom of His glorious and powerful forgiveness today.
There is no condemnation for those who belong to Christ.
Believe God’s truth of you are instead of the enemy’s lies.
Live confidently as His beloved child today.
