Before Jesus preached a sermon.
Before He performed a miracle.
Before He did anything,
God spoke these words over Him in Mark 1:11,
“You are my Son, whom I love; with you I am well pleased.”

Not because of what He had done.
But because of who He was.
And the same is true for you.
So often we live trying to earn what has already
been given in Christ: approval, love, acceptance.
But God’s love doesn’t come after your performance.
It comes before it.
Today you don’t have to prove your worth to Him.
Today you don’t have to strive for His approval.
You already have it.
Friend, what would change if you lived from this truth, instead of for it?
