Jesus’ final words weren’t just a suggestion,
they were an invitation into a life of purpose.
Matthew 28:19–20 records His last words on earth to his followers: “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” (NIV)
He said “Go…”
Not when you feel ready.
Not when you have all the answers.
But as you are, where you are.
To “make disciples” isn’t about having it all figured out,
it’s about walking with others as you follow Him.
It looks like conversations.
It looks like kindness.
It looks like living your faith out loud in everyday moments.
And sometimes, it can feel intimidating.
What do I say?
What if I get it wrong?
What if I’m not enough?
But Jesus doesn’t just give a calling, He gives a promise: “Surely I am with you always,”
You don’t go alone.
You don’t carry the weight.
You don’t have to strive to be perfect.
His presence is your confidence.
His Spirit is your guide.
His love is what others will see through you.
Friend, sharing your faith isn’t about pressure, it’s about overflow.
