Made New

Becoming a new creation in Christ
isn’t just about becoming a “better you.”
It’s about becoming His.

2 Corinthians 5:17 says, “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!” (NIV)

When Paul wrote this,
he wasn’t offering a quick fix or a motivational boost.
He was describing a holy transformation—
a shift so deep it changes everything.

In Christ, you don’t just get a new start—
you get a new heart.
A new way of seeing yourself.
A new way of seeing others.
A new purpose for your life.

2 Corinthians 5:16 says, “So from now on we regard no one from a worldly point of view…” (NIV)

You’ve been given new eyes to see past the surface.
To see through the lens of grace.
To see people and yourself, the way Jesus sees them.

And it doesn’t stop there.
You’ve also been entrusted with a mission:
  the ministry of reconciliation.
You are now a carrier of peace,
a bringer of healing,
a living invitation to hope.

So today, walk in your newness.
Not perfectly, but purposefully.
Let go of the old ways that once defined you,
and let Jesus continue to lead you into all that is being made new.
