My friend, it is time to get out there and RUN your race-the race God has called you to run on the road He has placed before you.
The Apostle Paul’s road led him to prison and he shared the wonderful message of Jesus to all who crossed his path.
He wrote in Ephesians 4:1, “In light of all this, here’s what I want you to do. While I’m locked up here, a prisoner for the Master, I want you to get out there and walk—better yet, run!—on the road God called you to travel.” (MSG)
Paul shared God’s love through Jesus to the guards, his fellow prisoners, the politicians he was brought before and anyone else who would listen.
That was his race.
What is yours?
Your race is about your journey, your family, your school, your job, your season, your road.
That doesn’t mean your road is easy or without significant challenges.
God can do more than you can ask or imagine through you but you have to get out there and run it.
Just do it.
In faith and empowered by the Holy Spirit.
What path has God called you to?
Get out there, live with integrity and share the love of Jesus with all those you encounter.
