Resolve It

Relationships are not easy.

They take grace, forgiveness, honesty, and courage.

You may think that it would be easier and simpler to withdraw, but it is not.

Don’t cheat your relationship by withdrawing in fear.

Instead, go toward the conflict and talk about it.

Be courageous.

Don’t give up on the relationship, work on it.

Quiet the fear-filled beat of your heart and listen for the encouraging whisper of the Holy Spirit in Romans 15:5, “May the God who gives endurance and encouragement give you the same attitude of mind toward each other that Christ Jesus had,” (NIV)

God can make a way where there seems to be no way.

Romans 12:18 says, “If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone.” (NIV)

As much as it depends on you, resolve the relationship instead of dissolving it.
