Hush anxious thoughts. Put down the to-do list. Quiet the fear. Close the door. Wait. Trust. Embrace God’s peace. Sit in silence. Cease to think, worry, or wonder. Just be.

Not before bills. Not before responsibilities. Not before failures and faults nor achievements or success. Wait quietly before God the Creator, Provider, Peace Maker, Redeemer, Savior, Lord, Father. Sovereign, Merciful, Strong, and Gentle. Powerful, Passionate, and Purposeful.

What are you hoping for, who are you hoping in? Hope is the tender expectation of possibility born in the spirit. It is easily bruised. Unrealistic. Fantastic. Wonderful. Amazing. Hope.

Wrapped in the arms of grace surrounding the soul. Hope not in temporal things but in the eternal One God in three expressions- Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Hope not in temporal circumstances but in the embodiment of LOVE itself.

So I got a little confused here. But with what I’m going through, I’m easily confused. Please clarify when you said let all that you are wait before God… Not before… a Whole list of things. Why would I wanna wait for God after all my busyness is done?
Bonnie, what I am trying to say is to bring every part of yourself to God and all you are going through. Often people bring their best and hide their brokenness. God invites us through Jesus to bring all of it to Him. That is what I was trying to say. Thanks for asking for clarification.
