God’s love doesn’t cut you down, belittle you, or make you feel unworthy.
Instead, He lifts you up, restores your dignity, and reminds you of your immense value in His eyes.
1 Corinthians 13:5 tells us, “Love does not traffic in shame and disrespect, nor selfishly seek its own honor.” (TPT)
God’s love never shames or disrespects.
He doesn’t point out our flaws to humiliate us or seek His own recognition at our expense.
Through Jesus, we see this love in action. Whether He was gently restoring a woman caught in sin or tenderly healing someone who was cast aside, Jesus always gave dignity where others tried to strip it away.
God’s love builds instead of breaks, honors instead of diminishes.
Real love doesn’t elevate itself at another’s cost.
