When you step out in faith and put your self out there, life will push back.
It’s not going to be easy and you will make mistakes.
A mistake means that you are trying, pick yourself up off the ground and try again.
Do something new.
Relate to people in a new way.
Reach out beyond your comfort zone.
Take that step of faith …again.
Risk failure.
Failure is not fatal.
You will never get anywhere if you run back to what you know at every challenge.
Jesus told a story of a Master who gave His servants money to invest. When they risked and did it, they were rewarded as Matthew 25:21 records Jesus’ words, “His master replied, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master’s happiness!’” (NIV)
God is calling you to grow.
Your life is meant to be invested in the adventure of faith with Jesus.
God has given you what you need to step out in faith and do it.
So do it.
Get out there, make lots of mistakes, risk and invest what God has placed in your hands.
