My friend, you are going to have to work and get stuff done this week.
You have some projects to start, some projects to finish and some loose ends to tie up.
I want to remind you today that there is one thing you don’t have to work at but must draw from: your relationship with God.
Work on projects, respond to God.
Get stuff done, rest in His love for you.
Tie up loose ends, receive the grace of God.
Galatians 3:1-2 says it this way, “His sacrifice on the cross was certainly set before you clearly enough. Let me put this question to you: How did your new life begin? Was it by working your heads off to please God? Or was it by responding to God’s Message to you? (MSG)
God’s message to you is that you are so valuable that He sent Jesus to lay down His life for you.
God’s message is that He loves you, is pleased with you and has forgiven you.
Your biggest job for God today is to respond to what He is doing in your life.
Work on projects, respond to God’s unending love.
