Reprioritize Your To-Do List

When the pressure and busyness of life takes over, it is easy to slip into survival mode.

It is easy to let the reasons you didn’t do something yesterday become the excuse for not doing it today.

James 1:4-5 challenges us to, “Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything. If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.”

Too soon the days blur by and some important things slip by the wayside.

I want to encourage you today to begin again.

Put the most important things on the top of your to-do list.

Give the most important people in your life your full attention starting with God.

Take care of your body.

Deal with what is going on in your heart.

Don’t give up on doing the right things at the right time for the right reasons.

Ask God for His wisdom.

Ask Him to open your eyes so you can see what needs to be brought front and center.

Surrender to perseverance instead of pessimism.

Don’t get lulled into the blur of busy but boldly reprioritize your to-do list with God’s best on top.

You won’t regret it.
