Today, I want to encourage you to embrace the season before you.
Don’t draw back.
Don’t hide behind your walls.
Don’t wait for something or someone to change.
Engage fully.
Experience every moment.
The Apostle Paul wrote to the church in Corinth to live fearlessly and fully compelled by Christ’s love for people when he wrote, “For Christ’s love compels us, because we are convinced that one died for all, and therefore all died. And he died for all, that those who live should no longer live for themselves but for him who died for them and was raised again. So from now on we regard no one from a worldly point of view.” 2 Corinthians 5:14-15 (NIV)
My friend, fearlessly use the gifts God has given you to love others today.
Be brave and share the good news of Jesus Christ with someone who desperately needs it.
Be bold.
That doesn’t mean that you will have no fear, it means that you must step out in faith despite the emotion of fear.
Fear is an emotion. God wanting to work through you is a fact.
What Jesus did for you and wants to do in others is a fact.
God’s empowering you to walk in His glory and live fully engaged with His Spirit is fact.
Embrace the season before you.
Engage fully.
Experience every moment and every person you meet as someone who Jesus died for.
