Unoffendable

Everyday you are loved.

You have been chosen by the Divine to be clothed with it.

You are created in Jesus to live different and look different than the world around you.

You have full access to His “closet” and choose what you need.

You have permission to wear God’s love like a warm coat of security in a cold winter season of loneliness.

To be covered by God’s mercy to protect your heart from the blistering heat of disappointment and resentment.

To slip on God’s sturdy gentleness like a good pair of boots to slog through the storms of conflict.

To be wrapped in God’s compassion when the cold wind of scarcity blows through.

To put on God’s perspective in order to see those around you with clarity and truth.

Colossians 3:12 declares that, “You are always and dearly loved by God! So robe yourself with virtues of God, since you have been divinely chosen to be holy. Be merciful as you endeavor to understand others, and be compassionate, showing kindness toward all. Be gentle and humble, unoffendable in your patience with others.” (TPT)

If God is not offended by your brokenness and humanness, how can you continue to be offended by the brokenness and humanness of others?

My friend, you have permission from the Prince of heaven to be fully clothed in His own love in every relationship and in every situation that you face today.

Get dressed in His love and extend His mercy to all those who so desperately need it today.

How will you wear His love today?
