Make Time For It

We have had an especially rough year and the pandemic has impacted every area of our lives.

We have all experienced losses.

It is important to make time to grieve those losses.

Ungrieved losses of the past must be processed so that you can fully experience the present.

Make time to grieve as you need to, Jesus did. As He approached the tomb of His friend, Lazarus, Scripture simply states:

“Then Jesus wept”. John 11:35 NLT

Being a Jesus follower doesn’t mean that you don’t deal with loss, it means you can deal with loss in a healthy way.

It means that you choose to walk with Jesus through all the emotions that life brings.

It means that you choose to walk with Jesus through them, acknowledging them and embracing them.

Walking with Jesus during this time means you are more fully present in it than you have ever been before.

I love to hear from you and appreciate every comment!
