Worry is a master joy stealer.
“Don’t fret or worry. Instead of worrying, pray. Let petitions and praises shape your worries into prayers, letting God know your concerns.
Before you know it, a sense of God’s wholeness, everything coming together for good, will come and settle you down.
It’s wonderful what happens when Christ displaces worry at the center of your life.”
Philippians 4:6-7 MSG
Put your worries in God’s capable hands and get busy loving the people He has placed in your life.
Who are you centered on today?

I have been going through anxiety for about a year or more. I had anxiety about 20 years ago and it lasted for quite a while. I found my peace and strength in God. I just want you to know that I read your post every day and there are some days when your post is what gets me set on the right track when I’m going the wrong direction. It is also helped me to focus again on God and what he wants to do my life.. It has meant a lot to me to be able to wake up in the morning and read what you’ve written and also sometimes to go back and revisit older posts depending on what I’m dealing with that day. I just want to say thank you.
Amen
