Tie a Knot and Hold On

We wait in hope for the Lord; he is our help and our shield. (Psalm 33:20 NIV)

The Hebrew word used “wait” implies being tied to something or tying yourself to something.

When you are feeling exhausted, drained and powerless- tie yourself a knot and hold on.

Rest in God.

God is your help – you can’t do it by yourself.

God is your shield- you don’t have to fight this battle. Hide behind his shield and let him take care of it.

God knows what you need, when you will need it and how to get it to you.

He will give you the words to say and the strength to say them, when the time is right.

You have a provider who has given you a promise of His protection.

When you are at the end of your hope, tie a knot and hold onto God.
