Small packets of untapped life that stay small with unknown potential until they are buried in the dark, crushed and broken open.
Only then does the life within them break free to grow into what it was originally intended to become.
“I tell you the truth, unless a kernel of wheat is planted in the soil and dies, it remains alone. But its death will produce many new kernels—a plentiful harvest of new lives.”
“Those who love their life in this world will lose it. Those who care nothing for their life in this world will keep it for eternity.” (John 12:24-25 NLT)
Sometimes you may try to “hold it all together” and hold on to “your lives” so fiercely when the very best thing may be to let it all fall apart.
However you try to avoid situations that crush you, God can (and will) use those very things to unlock amazing potential within you. He will use it to loosen your grip on this life and show you that there is so much more of it than you can imagine.
Seeds are better when they are planted, crushed, broken and nourished to grow.
So are you.
