It is like a mustard seed, which is the smallest of all seeds on earth. (Mark 4:31 NIV)
What is like the smallest of seeds?
Jesus said the Kingdom of God is like a mustard seed.
You may underestimate small things, but God never does.
He knows the all big things come from small things.
He knows that it is the little things that sabotage our faith or feed it, seal our joy or steal it.
He knows that a seed, even the smallest of all seeds, has within it the potential to grow hundreds of times it’s original size. He also knows that the seed can replicate itself and make more seeds that will grow hundreds of times their original size.
Don’t despise the small things.
In fact, when you begin to see the small things in your life the way God does, you begin to see why he always comes back to them: they are important.
Small things are the seeds of life.
They are also the seeds of death.
Which will you sow today?
