Trust

As I ran errands to get ready for Kyle’s 10th Birthday tomorrow, I felt the sweet whisper of God all day, “trust”. When I sat down (finally) to spend a few moments writing before I go to bed, these words came rushing out:

“Whatever your day brings, I am going to ask you to trust Me. Trust that I have your past forgiven. Trust that I have your present provided for. Trust that I have your future in the palm of My hand.

What is My vision for your life?

I see you walking free from fears that have haunted you and the lies that tangle themselves around your ankles to trip you up.

I see your trusting me to lead your tongue in every conversation and open your heart to My wisdom instead of jumping to your own conclusions.

I see you joyfully taking in each moment of today and walking with me in it. I see you leaning on My grace when moments test your sanity and letting go of your own control in the situation.

I see you working hard then resting completely, not allowing the undone things on your to do list steal your peace. Do everything you can- then let it go until tomorrow. Leave your worries in My hands and don’t over analyze every word that was said, every deed done. It is wasted energy. Let Me refresh your energy with My vision.

I see you walking in the plan that I have for your future. I see you trusting Me to bring it to pass. I see you listening to My guidance and obeying My Word. I see you thriving, my child.
I hold you close. I love you completely.”

Trust God from the bottom of your heart; don’t try to figure out everything on your own. Listen for God’s voice in everything you do, everywhere you go; he’s the one who will keep you on track. (Proverbs 3:5, 6 MSG)

Have a blessed day and whatever is happening…trust.
