Your faith journey is dotted with many parking places.
Places to pull over when you are tired.
Places were you can stop to rest and recover when things get rough.
However, don’t get stuck there.
Rest stops are important but aren’t meant to be permanent.
Don’t start living at the gas station. Don’t let a parking place become a permanent place.
Parking places are meant to be a temporary place to stop, not a final destination – you do what you need to do and then get back on the road.
You are on a life journey with Jesus.
You are made to be free to live in the powerful freeing truth of God’s love for you.
Don’t settle where you are.
Get moving.
“You were running the race so well. Who has held you back from following the truth?”
Galatians 5:7 NLT
Jesus has new places for you to see, new people to meet and new opportunities to glorify God.
What has gotten you off track on your journey with Jesus?
What is holding you back from following the truth?
What do you need to do today to get back on the road of truth?
